These terms apply to the use of this website and to mobile tyre services arranged with Zorvilo Mobile Tyres. By contacting us to arrange a service you agree to them.
Section 2
Every price depends on the tyre size, the brand, the work needed and your location. We confirm the price and availability with you before anything is booked. A quote is based on the information you give us, and may change if the vehicle, tyre size or work turns out to be different from what you described.
Section 3
Availability and arrival times depend on your location, tyre stock and demand. Any arrival time we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Section 4
You need to give us accurate details, a safe and level place to work, and any access information such as gate codes, permits or height limits. If it is not safe to work at the location, we may ask you to move the vehicle or we may decline or rearrange the visit.
If you are on a motorway or in a live lane, do not wait there for tyre fitting. Follow official safety guidance and contact the emergency or breakdown services first.
Section 5
A tyre can only be repaired if it is safe to do so. Where we judge that a tyre cannot be repaired safely, for example because of sidewall damage or a bulge, we will tell you and offer a replacement. Locking wheel nut removal depends on the condition of the nut and the wheel.

Payment terms and the methods we accept are confirmed with your quote.

Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking, so that we can arrange the visit for someone else.
Section 8
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
